area and profession will always help to find a senior position job.

your endeavor to work on the work experience profile in the most effective way
that you are able to impress the employer with your job experience.
Most of
the time employer is always looking for what is required for the company and
this is a priority in your resume. If you are able to provide what exactly
employer is seeking in your resume, immediately you are short listed and ready
for the next level of selection or you may even receive a job offer letter.
Giving
more emphasis on job experience section is always profitable. Because it states
that you are prompt in attendance, successfully attended jobs and have a good
record of job status in your profile. Therefore working on the area of job
experience will surely bring in lot of success for you.
When you
have a decade of experience it is always good to highlight long tenure of
employment that should be a minimum period of one year or more. Because if you
are hired on contract basis your job experience will be one year and thereafter
when contract is renewed you can continue your job.
If you
have less than a decade of experience, you must mention all the details of your
employment and even if it is in months, it should be mentioned, because your
experience counts. If you find that quoting a particular job experience is not
relevant to the job description, you can omit it and specify only those
employment positions that are highly capable in making you an eligible candidate
for the next job.
